At Nootka Saunas, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. All returns must be in original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare the Shipment

Carefully disassemble the sauna if necessary and pack all components, hardware, and manuals into the original heavy-duty shipping crates.

Schedule a Pickup

Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized freight carriers to schedule a convenient curbside pickup from your residence.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage or missing parts, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
